Spektracraft is a collaborative visual artist company headed by Joseph K Pa'ahana, a multifaceted creator, family man and Hawai'i native. With a background in fine arts and a deep passion for storytelling, Joseph leads the team in crafting meaningful visuals—spanning illustration, graphic design, video installation, and filmmaking, from narrative and documentary to commercial projects. Rooted in themes of identity, culture, and environment, we work with a diverse network of creators, including partners like the Honolulu Museum of Art and brands like RedBull and Real Skateboards, to bring ideas to life with care and quiet dedication.

  • Aloha, my name is Joseph Paʻahana [aka UVAV]. I am an artist, designer and filmmaker, from Maui, living on Oʻahu, where my professional and personal artwork is rooted. My career has given me a solid foundation in illustration, design, screenprint, film, animation and user interface.

My work embraces analogue and digital technology to assist in crystallizing complex ideas into energetic, yet serenely focused imagery. By melding naturalistic textures with geometric forms, in often vibrant colors, I seek to blend ancient ideas with modern aesthetics.
